The Account Executive will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate order processing and timely delivery, while maintaining strong customer relationships. By providing tailored solutions and outstanding service, the Account Executive plays a vital role in helping customers meet their construction and building material needs.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop a complete and accurate understanding of the company's products (steel doors, roofing, floor frames, and related construction solutions).
- Identify and list prospective customers to target for sales opportunities.
- Prepare monthly sales plans with clear targets and strategies.
- Attend customer meetings to assess needs, match solutions with product offerings, and conduct presentations.
- Provide brochures, technical details, and demonstrations as needed.
- Prepare and submit sales quotations or proposals, and take appropriate steps to secure Purchase Orders or Sales Contracts.
- Ensure all Purchase Orders or Sales Contracts are accurate, covering product codes, pricing, discounts, delivery details, and payment terms.
- Submit weekly sales status and accomplishment reports.
- Stay updated on customer orders and collaborate with internal teams such as PMG, Credit, and Collection to resolve inquiries and complaints.
- Maintain strong client relationships to support repeat business and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field
- At least 1 year of sales experience
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Knowledge of sales planning, negotiation, and customer relationship management
