Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented
ERP Systems Specialist
to oversee the administration, configuration, and optimization of our ERP system, primarily
Acumatica
. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in ERP platforms and a proactive approach to supporting business operations and process improvements.
What You'll Do
- Administer and maintain Acumatica or similar ERP systems (QuickBooks Pro, Sage, Oracle/NetSuite, etc.)
- Lead and support ERP implementation projects including planning, module setup, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support
- Collaborate with Finance and other departments to gather requirements and design ERP workflows aligned with business processes
- Configure, customize, and troubleshoot ERP modules to meet organizational and user needs
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including workflows, procedures, and training materials
- Provide day-to-day end-user support and conduct system training sessions as needed
- Generate and analyze reports to support operational and management decision-making
- Manage change requests and ensure smooth adoption of newly implemented modules
- Perform system audits, ensure data accuracy, and recommend process and system improvements
- Coordinate with vendors, consultants, and the MIS Head for upgrades, integrations, and advanced configurations
- Ensure ERP system compliance with internal policies and industry standards
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to optimize ERP usage
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Accounting, or related field
- At least 3–5 years of experience in ERP administration and support (Acumatica experience preferred)
- Proven experience in ERP
implementation projects
including planning, configuration, testing, and deployment - Strong knowledge of ERP modules (Finance, Procurement, Inventory, or HR) and how they integrate with business processes
- Ability to translate business requirements into system configurations and workflows
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills for cross-department collaboration and user training
- Background in finance or accounting processes is an advantage
