JOB DESCRIPTION
The SAP BW Consultant is responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting data warehousing and reporting solutions using SAP Business Warehouse (BW) and BW/4HANA. This role ensures organizations can consolidate data from multiple SAP and non-SAP systems, model it efficiently, and deliver business-critical insights through reporting and analytics.
The consultant must have strong expertise in data modeling, ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes, performance tuning, and integration with SAP front-end tools (SAP Analytics Cloud, BEx, Fiori, and Analysis for Office).
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Conduct requirement gathering workshops with business stakeholders (Finance, HR, Supply Chain, etc.).
- Design and develop data models, ETL flows, and data staging objects in SAP BW/4HANA.
- Implement data extraction from SAP S/4HANA and legacy systems.

As a Consultant, you will:
- Support delivery of complex SAP projects for finance clients;
- Engage in all implementation phases of SAP S/4HANA;
- Analyze functional and integration requirements;
- Contribute to enterprise-wide SAP programs and global rollouts;

- Participate in client workshops and support solution design;
What experiences should you have?
For the Consultant Role:
- 3+ years of SAP consulting/implementation experience;
- Involvement in end-to-end project delivery;
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, IT, or related field;
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills;
- Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA Finance core modules such as FI-CO, FI-GL, FI-AR, FI-AP, FI-AA is a must-have ; specific knowledge on SAP Treasury and Risk Management is a plus.
- Knowledgeable on SAP S/4 HANA Finance Private Cloud(RISE)
- Openness to learn different finance solutions, like FI-CA or FS-CD;
- Fluency in English;
- Ability to periodically travel
Senior Consultant Role
As a Senior Consultant, in addition to the above, you will:
- Lead the implementation of SAP S/4HANA Finance projects
- Manage scope, timelines, risks, and client communication on large engagements;
- Work with senior stakeholders and support business development;
- Drive internal knowledge sharing and mentor junior consultants;
- Contribute to BU strategy, RFPs, and client solution architecture.
What experiences should you have?
For the Senior Consultant Role:
- 5+ years of relevant SAP consulting/implementation/project experience;
- Ability to lead client relationships and manage large-scale projects;
- Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA Finance core modules such as FI-CO, FI-GL, FI-AR, FI-AP, FI-AA is a must-have, especially in complex business environments; specific knowledge on SAP Treasury and Risk Management is a plus.,
- In depth skills on SAP S/4 HANA Finance Private Cloud(RISE) and knowledgeable on SAP S/4 HANA Public Cloud(GROW)
- Business acumen and consultative mindset;
- Experience working with international and multicultural teams;
- Openness to learn different finance solutions, like FI-CA or FS-CD
Fluency in English;
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, IT, or related field;
Nice to Have (Both Roles):
- Experience with FS-CD, FI-CA
- Technical understanding (ABAP) or SAP certification;
- Agile methodology familiarity (SCRUM, ASAP);
- Experience in insurance, finance, or reinsurance industries;
- Ability to periodically travel.
