Key Responsibilities

• Bot Development:
  Assist in the development, testing, and deployment of RPA bots using (mention specific RPA platform, e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism) under the guidance of senior team members.
• Process Analysis:
  Work with business analysts to document and understand process requirements, including Process Definition Documents (PDD) and Solution Design Documents (SDD).
• Testing & Debugging:

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Foundational understanding of RPA concepts and a strong desire to build a career in automation.
• Hands-on academic, internship, or project experience with at least one major RPA platform (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism). UiPath is often a preferred starting point for juniors.
• Basic understanding of programming logic and concepts (e.g., variables, loops, conditionals).
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Preferred:

• UiPath Certified RPA Associate (UiRPA) certification or foundational certification in another platform.
