- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, or related field is an advantage)
- Proven experience in retail or customer service (at least 1–3 years, preferably in a supervisory role)
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Good organizational and problem-solving skills
- Basic proficiency in MS Office and POS systems
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Customer-focused with a strong sense of responsibility and integrity
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily store operations, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning
- Lead, coach, and motivate retail staff to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service
- Ensure that merchandise is properly stocked, displayed, and maintained
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner
- Assist in the preparation of work schedules and delegation of tasks
- Monitor sales performance and provide feedback to team members
- Support inventory management, including stock receiving, stocktaking, and loss prevention
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and store standards
- Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and assist with cash handling and banking procedures
- Provide training and onboarding support for new employees

GBMI is looking for a Retail Marketing Supervisor (Concessionaire Supervisor) to support sales growth by developing and implementing effective marketing strategies for our retail business.
Responsibilities:
Help develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans for our retail stores across channels including digital, print, in-store and events.
Assist in creating and implementing campaigns to increase foot traffic, drive sales and enhance brand awareness.
Collaborate with internal teams including visual merchandising, product development, and sales, to create cohesive campaigns that align with brand objectives and standards.
Monitor and report on campaign performance, using data to make informed changes to strategy.
Help maintain brand consistency and standards across all marketing materials and channels.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of relevant experience.
