The main responsibilities of a Sales Supervisor revolve around the ability to network, build relationships with clients and persuade others to purchase products. There is a wide range of duties in this position, including to:
**Responsibilities**:
- Be knowledgeable about the product
- Identify prospective customers, lead generation and conversion
- Contact new and existing customers to discuss needs
- Emphasize the features of products to highlight how they solve customer problems
- Answer questions about the products
- Negotiate prices and terms and prepare sales agreements
- Collaborate with colleagues in many different sectors
- Maintain contact lists and follow up with customers to continue relationships
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 3-5 years of sales experience
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas
- Proven track record of successfully managing customer relationships
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Highly self-motivated
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Motorized with license restrictions of 1 and 2
- Willing to be trained
