Responsible for establishing relationship and providing fast and quality service to the client and customers. He/ She responsible for cleanliness and orderliness of the store.

**STORE OPERATIONS**
- Ensures product on display are replenished with complete price tags and maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the area
- Attends to all queries and needs of walk-in and online customers and process orders both online and store orders
- Monitors and update product shelf life and report products if near expiry
- Manage and reconcile store’s sales and create daily reports
- Receive and inspect delivery goods and encode new products in POS system
- Conducts audit every 15th and 30th of the month and prepare report for discrepancies or damage of the goods.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- At least College Level/ Vocational Diploma/ Short Course or equivalent
- At least two (2) years’ sales experiences in Retail Industry
- Good Verbal and Written Communication Skills
- Customer Service and Sales, Knowledgeable in Software Applications such POS, MS EXCEL. Knowledgeable in office equipment such as printer, photocopy machine, computer etc
- **Willing to assign in SM Megamall**:
