Job Description
We're Hiring: IT Project Manager (retail/supply chain preferred)
Makati City | Full-Time
Work Setup: Hybrid (First 4 months onsite for transition, then 2 days WFH + 3 days onsite)
Schedule: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM | Compressed Work Week (9 hours + 1-hour lunch break)
Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning & Execution – Define project scope, create detailed plans, allocate resources, and ensure flawless execution.
Stakeholder Management – Build strong relationships, communicate updates, and address concerns promptly.
Team Leadership – Guide and motivate project teams, clarify roles, and foster collaboration.
Risk & Issue Management – Identify risks, create mitigation plans, and escalate when necessary.
Performance Monitoring – Track progress, analyze outcomes, and adjust scope/schedule as needed.
Documentation & Reporting – Maintain project documentation and present progress reports to management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or related field
- Proven experience as an IT Project Manager, preferably handling IT Solutions projects in retail or supply chain
- Experience with project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Clarizen, Planview, MS Project, Monday, Asana, Trello, Jira)
- PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certifications (a plus)
- Knowledge of Waterfall, Agile/Scrum, and Hybrid methodologies
- Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills — confident with C-level stakeholders
