Your Role: BDR - Restaurant Partnerships
As a BDR - Restaurant Partnerships, your main focus will be
prospecting and signing up restaurants to join Club Feast
. You'll be on the front lines, reaching out to restaurant owners, showing them the value of partnering with us, and helping them grow their business through our platform.
What You'll Do:
- Restaurant Prospecting
– Actively search for potential restaurant partners through cold calling, emailing, networking, and field visits. - Sales Pitch
– Present the benefits of partnering with Club Feast to restaurant owners and decision-makers. - Lead Qualification
– Evaluate restaurant fit based on cuisine type, location, and business needs. - Pipeline Management
– Keep a strong pipeline of potential restaurants and track activity in HubSpot (CRM). - Relationship Building
– Build trust with restaurant owners by understanding their challenges and showing how Club Feast can drive growth. - Market Expansion
– Help grow our presence in new cities by bringing top local restaurants into the network. - Collaboration
– Work closely with onboarding and operations teams to ensure smooth setup for new restaurant partners.
What We're Looking For:
- Sales Experience
– 2+ years of cold calling or business development experience. - Restaurant Industry Knowledge
– Background in restaurant sales, food delivery, or hospitality is a big plus - Strong Communication
– Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written skills. - Drive & Resilience
– Comfortable with high-volume outreach and handling objections. - Tech-Savvy
– Familiar with CRMs (HubSpot preferred) and digital sales tools. - Remote Flexibility
– Able to work independently in a fully remote role, aligned with U.S. business hours.

- Implement a system for tracking and reporting on training-related metrics, such as improved productivity or reduced errors.
