Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to maintain positive relationships with local communities, especially IPs.

• Mentor junior community relations staff and guide their professional growth.

Job Summary:

• Build and maintain good relations and rapport with the host barangays/communities, IP tribes, government agencies/LGUs, and other key stakeholders; ensure the smooth conduct of project activities;

HOA Formation and Condo Corp Registration

• Facilitate the formation and registration of Homeowners Associations or Condominium Corporations in compliance with the requirements of DHSUD, SEC, and BIR
