2. Act as DOST-PCAARRD Graduate Alumni Association (DPGAA) lnc. Secretariat;

3. Act as Division secretary:

a. Human Resource Management System (HRMS) Marshal;

b. Provide logistic and administrative support to lDD Director and staff in the implementation of lDD programs and activities;

c. In-charge in preparing the needed documents for purchase and release of lDD supplies and materials;

d. Assist in preparation of periodic progress reports and other reportorial requirements of the division; and

1. Perform other related functions that may be assigned from time to time.
