The Research Manager, Marketing Measurement, will report to the Head of Research and Trends. - Spearhead research efforts needed for assigned projects and manage surveys, in depth interviews and other research process including conducting field work as needed
- Analyse data to generate market insights and trends, provide concepts, recommendations, and strategies to aid clients with their decision-making process
- Model project financials for various sectors (residential, office, and others)
- Fulfill any other duties assigned by immediate supervisor
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality in the conduct of one's work
Qualifications:
- College Graduate
- At least 4 years' work experience in related field
- Willing to travel
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office
- Able to pivot tables in excel
