**Responsibilities**
- Lead Arts-related faculty programs and student events
- Assist operational matters involving the Arts Academics team such as the following:
- Assignment of Academic load
- Onboarding and Offboarding;
- Performance Management
- Policy, Process and Systems Development and Implementation
- Assist in administrative work related to faculty concerns and requests
- Observe online classes and give feedback to instructors
- Undertake periodic curriculum review, revision, and development with the supervision of the program head
**Qualifications**
- Master’s Degree in Fine Arts, Multimedia Arts and other similar courses
- At least 3 years experience of relevant industry experience in the field of multimedia arts, advertising and/or visual communication
- General background and/or experience in the academe is an advantage for this role
- General knowledge and enthusiasm with Traditional and Digital Arts
- Strong relationship-building and business communication skills
- Excellent command of the English Language (both written and verbal)
- Ability to work around new tools and processes is an advantage
- Proactive worker who can work with minimum to no supervision

**Responsibilities**
- Establish the NSTP Office as the major coordination hub of all NSTP-related communications, projects and activities
- Ensure the proper implementation of the HABI Program by maintaining proactive coordination with the NSTP Faculty, Community Development Officer and Program Heads
- Disseminate and communicate community-related activities and efforts from the Community Development Officers down to the NSTP stakeholders
- Conduct regular check-ins and evaluations to ensure that NSTP materials are compliant and fully aligned with the HABI Program and RTT Program
- Explore partnership possibilities with local communities, non-government organizations, development organizations that are aligned with the vision of the NSTP program.
- Plan and propose for yearly NSTP budgets and assume primary accountability for NSTP spending
- Assist Community Development Officer in designing an NSTP partnership manual
**Qualifications**
- Graduate of any Community Development or Social Work related courses
- At least 2 - 3 years of end-to-end experience in the execution, implementation and evaluation of social and community development programs
- Must be an individual with proven personal and professional integrity
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Excellent command of the English Language (both written and verbal)
- Ability to work around technology and new software is preferred for this role
