About the Role

We looking for an Intake Specialist to join our team. As the first point of contact for individuals entering our rehabilitation program, you'll play a key role in creating a welcoming, professional, and compassionate experience. You'll guide clients and their families through the admission process, making sure everything runs smoothly while gathering important information and connecting them with the right support.

Please note: This role follows US hours (night shift in the Philippines).

What You'll Do

• Warmly greet and assist clients and families during admissions.
• Collect and verify demographic, medical, and insurance details.
• Conduct intake interviews and initial screenings.
• Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure accurate transfer of information.
• Clearly explain program policies, procedures, and expectations.
• Maintain strict client confidentiality in line with HIPAA and organizational policies.
• Enter and update client information in our electronic records system.

• Quickly flag any urgent needs to clinical or medical staff.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Comply with the center's policies, procedures, quality improvement goals, safety standards, environmental regulations, and infection control protocols.
• Conduct comprehensive rehabilitation and functional assessments for beneficiaries with physical, cognitive, or developmental disabilities.
• Use standardized and non-standardized assessment tools to evaluate beneficiaries' capabilities.
• Provide individual therapy sessions for children and adolescents using appropriate therapeutic approaches.
• Identify beneficiaries' needs, abilities, and potentials to develop appropriate treatment plans.
• Design and implement individualized rehabilitation programs aligned with the beneficiaries' goals.
