- He/She oversees the standard and efficient day-to-day operations of all the mall in his/her area of assignment
- Develop a structured business plan for the mall covering all key components of mall operation

- Technical knowledge - Knowledgeable in building maintenance
- Competencies - Negotiation skills and tenant management
- Product Knowledge - Deep understanding in mall/retail industry
- Prerequisites - Available to work when needed including weekends and holidays
- License Electrical or Mechanical Engineer is a plus
- At least 4-6 years of working experience in the related field
- Preferably 4 years specializing in handling Mall operations and/or
