Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Animal Science, Food Technology, Industrial Engineering, or any related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in poultry processing/dressing plant operations, including a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role within the poultry industry.
- Strong knowledge of poultry dressing processes, food safety standards (HACCP, GMP, ISO, Halal, etc.), and regulatory compliance.
- Background in production planning, plant operations, quality assurance, and inventory management.
- Adept in cost control, efficiency improvement, and waste reduction strategies.
- Preferably with formal certification in food safety (e.g., HACCP certification), occupational safety (e.g., NEBOSH or equivalent), and plant management qualifications.

- Must have the legal right to work in the Philippines and be willing to relocate to Pagadian City, Zamboanga del Sur if not currently residing there.
- Proven leadership and people management skills with experience managing teams of 20+ employees in a manufacturing environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino, with ability to effectively communicate with diverse teams and prepare detailed operational reports.
Responsible for overseeing and managing the overall operations of the dressing plant, ensuring efficient production, compliance with quality and food safety standards, and achieving company goals in terms of productivity, yield, and cost efficiency.
Production Management
Plan, organize, and direct daily plant operations to meet production schedules and targets.
- Monitor workflow, output, and efficiency across different sections of the dressing plant.
Ensure proper handling, processing, and storage of poultry products in compliance with food safety standards.
Quality & Food Safety
Implement and maintain strict adherence to HACCP, GMP, ISO, Halal, and other food safety standards.
- Work closely with QA/QC to monitor product quality and address deviations immediately.
Ensure compliance with government regulations and company policies.
Resource & Cost Control
Manage utilization of manpower, raw materials, and utilities to optimize cost and yield.
- Monitor and control plant expenses, wastage, and downtime.
Recommend process improvements for efficiency and cost savings.
People Management
Supervise, coach, and evaluate supervisors, line leaders, and plant workers.
- Ensure adequate staffing and training for smooth operations.
Promote a safe, disciplined, and motivated workforce.
Maintenance & Equipment
Coordinate with the engineering/maintenance team for preventive maintenance and repair of equipment.
Ensure proper utilization and care of plant machinery and facilities.
Reporting & Compliance
Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly production reports.
- Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as yield, throughput, downtime, and reject rates.
Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety standards.
Continuous Improvement
