Key Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, and place skilled blue-collar candidates for temporary roles in civil and construction sectors.
- Poll and assess candidate availability using internal databases and talent pools.
- Verify required tickets, licenses, and qualifications for each role.
- Respond to role briefs quickly and efficiently, meeting tight turnaround times.
- Manage multiple job requisitions while maintaining quality and accuracy.
- Liaise with internal teams and hiring managers to ensure successful short-term placements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or related field is desirable
- Minimum of 3 years with proven experience in end-to-end recruitment, ideally within civil, building, or blue-collar construction roles
