The Qualifications We Seek

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 1 year of relevant experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of healthcare recruitment experience, with at least 2 years focused on government contracts.

As a Talent Engagement Consultant at LegalMatch, you'll lead creative employer branding and referral campaigns to attract top talent and strengthen our brand presence. You'll also support key parts of the recruitment cycle—from job posting to onboarding coordination—and represent the company at events. Your work will enhance candidate experience and help position LegalMatch as an employer of choice.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Onboarding

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment: job posting, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding support.
  • Review and track applications to match role qualifications.
  • Communicate promptly with candidates to ensure a smooth hiring journey.
  • Prepare pre-employment and onboarding documents.
  • Schedule and facilitate onboarding sessions.

Recruitment Marketing & Employer Branding

  • Post job ads across platforms and create content for social media.
  • Support recruitment marketing campaigns with internal teams.
  • Lead employee and candidate referral initiatives.
  • Represent LegalMatch at community events and sponsored activities.

Process & Collaboration

  • Monitor hiring funnel and suggest process improvements.
  • Collaborate with HR, Marketing, and Ops on talent engagement.
  • Open to occasional weekend work for events or recruitment needs.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in recruitment and onboarding
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to represent the company externally.
  • Experience in social media content creation and digital recruitment marketing.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proactive, solutions-oriented, and able to thrive under pressure.
  • Willingness to work weekends when required for events.
