- Post job ads in different job boards and build talent pipeline
- Encodes necessary information and updates the Applicant Tracking System
- Performs recruitment activities necessary to commence, promote and conclude accounts which include client discussions of job specifications and reports generation
- Handles various requirements from assigned industries - both technical and non-technical positions (from Rank n File up to Managerial level)
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Psychology, or any related field
- Preferably with at lest 2 years of experience in recruitment;ut fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Experience using any Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Excellent English communication skills
- Applicants must be willing to undergo onsite training
- Amenable to start working immediately
