- Assist the HR Department in achieving the team goals
- Support the team in recruitment efforts
**Recruitment**
- Source applicants using different relevant platforms
- Screen resume in accordance with the role requirements
- Conduct phone screening
- Conduct recruitment assessments, as requested
- Assist the Recruitment Officers in updating the ATS (i.e., upload applicant files, update tags and pipeline, etc.)
- Assist with reference checks
- Create publication materials for Recruitment Branding, in coordination with the Human Resource Manager based on company branding
- Perform other duties as assigned by the management
**Administrative**
Assist the team with the following:
- Employee onboarding
- Collect and follow up pre-employment documents
- Send correct information to the person-in-charge for creation of the company ID
- Documentation and filing
- Coordinating with the HR Supervisor/HR Manager on insurance-related concerns and renewal
- Employee offboarding
- Organizing company events and activities
- Employee admin inquiries and/or collect information on the inquiry to be addressed by the right department
- Perform other duties as assigned by the management
**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Good English communication skills (verbal & written)
- Newly grads/ fresh graduate
- Graduate of Psychology, Human Resources, or any management/ business-related course
- Fast learner and highly trainable, with excellent team spirit
- Willing to work on a Fixed Term basis (3 months, with possibility of extension or moving into a permanent role based on performance)
- Experience in the local HR or recruitment is an advantage
