who will work for a well known personal injury law firm, based in the United States. This role must have high quality records related support that can maintain positive working relationships with clients, attorneys and support staff. Adheres to strict confidentiality, timeliness and accuracy of all related work. Possess high attention to detail, ability to multitask and prioritize urgent tasks despite heavy workload, and excel under pressure. In addition, you may be assigned with special projects depending on business needs that may require direction and guidance by the management and/or the team leaders.
Job Responsibilities
● Responsible in requesting bills and records and provide attentive, efficient service to clients
● Responsible for solving complaints from clients and employees
● Run reports to ensure numbers are being met by the department and the clients

Required Skills
● Fresh graduates are open to apply with Bachelor's degree in any relevant course
● At least one year of law firm experience with prior experience in law firm records is preferred
● Must have a background in nursing or any medical field that can review medical records
