Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role of Reconciliation Analyst who is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of financial data by performing account reconciliations across various ledgers, systems, and business units. The role involves identifying discrepancies, investigating variances, and coordinating with internal departments to resolve reconciling items in compliance with PBCOM
policies and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliations of bank accounts, general ledger accounts,
and other financial systems.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies by coordinating with internal teams (Treasury,
Operations, Risk, Accounting, etc.).
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting standards, and BSP/other regulatory
requirements.
• Prepare reconciliation reports, supporting schedules, and documentation for audits and
management reviews.
• Monitor outstanding items and ensure timely clearance to maintain financial integrity.
• Contribute to process improvements by identifying risks, inefficiencies, and automation
opportunities.
• Support internal and external audits by providing reconciliation schedules and explanations as
needed.
• Maintain accurate records in accordance with PBCOM's policies and data retention guidelines.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in reconciliations, financial analysis, or accounting
