Scope of Work:

The X-Ray Technician will be responsible for performing high-quality diagnostic imaging procedures to assist physicians in the accurate diagnosis and treatment of patients. This role ensures proper handling of radiographic equipment, patient safety, and compliance with all regulatory and safety standards.

Core Functions:

Perform diagnostic imaging examinations as requested by physicians and ensure accurate image capture.

Prepare and position patients correctly to obtain optimal radiographic results.

Operate, calibrate, and maintain X-ray and related imaging equipment.

Follow radiation protection protocols and ensure patient and staff safety.

Keep detailed records of imaging procedures and patient data.

Monitor and maintain supplies, consumables, and cleanliness in the imaging area.

Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and medical technologists for diagnostic accuracy.

Ensure compliance with DOH, FDA, and radiation safety regulations.

Core Competencies:

Licensed or Certified X-Ray Technician with a valid DOH or PRC license.

Strong knowledge of radiographic procedures, anatomy, and imaging techniques.

Proficient in operating X-ray and diagnostic imaging equipment.

Detail-oriented, with excellent communication and patient care skills.

Knowledge of radiation safety, infection control, and clinic protocols.

Job Summary:

The X-ray Technician is responsible for performing diagnostic imaging examinations using X-ray equipment to assist physicians in diagnosing illnesses and injuries. This role involves preparing patients for procedures, operating imaging equipment, ensuring patient safety, and maintaining accurate imaging records.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate X-ray machines and imaging equipment to produce high-quality diagnostic images.
• Prepare patients for radiologic procedures by explaining the process, positioning them correctly, and ensuring safety protocols are followed.
• Ensure radiation protection measures are in place for patients, self, and staff, including the use of protective equipment.
• Review and evaluate images to determine if they are satisfactory for diagnostic purposes.
• Maintain imaging equipment, including calibration and reporting malfunctions.
• Follow physician orders accurately regarding the area of the body to be examined.
• Record and maintain patient records, imaging results, and documentation in compliance with regulations and standards.
• Collaborate with radiologists and other medical professionals to deliver quality care.
• Maintain cleanliness and sterilization of examination rooms and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and other healthcare regulations.

About the role

We are seeking an experienced X-Ray Technician to join our team at the Kaiser Medical Center in Makati City, Metro Manila. As an X-Ray Technician, you will be responsible for operating diagnostic imaging equipment to produce high-quality radiographic images that support the accurate diagnosis and treatment of our patients. This is a full-time position with competitive benefits.

• FULL-TIME FIXED-TERM/PART-TIME FACULTY
• Licensed Radiologic Technologist and holder of a current Professional Identification Card.
• At least one (1) year clinical experience radiologic technology or nuclear medicine technology profession.
• Must be computer literate and articulate in spoken and written English Language.

Medical Sales Representative or better known as Territorial Sales Representative is responsible for the sales and marketing of Carestream Imaging in Bataan, Bulacan, and Pampanga. Other responsibilities include collection of accounts receivables and participation in public tenders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive product sales and awareness by consistently engaging with new and existing clients, including doctors, nurses, and key hospital staff.
• Develop and maintain strong, professional relationships to secure product endorsements and grow your network.
• Achieve and exceed sales and collection targets for your assigned territory and product lines.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform your sales strategy.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations, from product delivery to resolving customer concerns.
• Conduct product presentations and training to highlight our product's value and credibility.
• Manage administrative tasks, including sales reports and expense tracking, and contribute to bidding processes.
• Provide regular, accurate feedback to your supervisor on territory performance and market insights.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of BS Radiologic Technology (highly preferred) or any IT/Engineering-related course
• With PRC license is an advantage
