What you'll be doing
- Assist the Restaurant Management Team in handling day to day restaurant operations.
- Lead and coach Restaurant Team Members in daily functions.
- Provide leadership for responses to in-store emergencies or challenges.
- Develop new and enhance work processes in close coordination with the Management Team to provide corrective actions to recurring problems including internal guest complaints, as well as preventive actions to avoid potential problems from occurring.

- Responsible for cash for all shifts, including bank deposits, and ensure that all cash procedures are properly adhered to.
- Maintain a positive work environment for the Kitchen Team Members and Guests during each shift.
- Performs other appropriate assignments and projects as required by the General Manager, Restaurant Manager and/or F&B Manager.
