Job Summary:
Conduct machine inspection, diagnosis, repair and preventive maintenance of machines not limited to the ones supplied by ICON and submit necessary reports and documentation.
Main Functions:
- Machine inspection and troubleshooting, preventive maintenance services, general repairs and overhauling and support machine delivery.
- Provide maintenance of and repairs to all mechanical and electrical systems including drive, and drive-line, steering, suspension, braking, air, hydraulic, computerized and other associated systems.
- Cleaning, lubricating, and conducting routine services on heavy-duty vehicles.
- Need to be familiar with electronics, be able to use electronic diagnostic equipment to troubleshoot repairs.
- Need familiarity with parts and components of complex machinery and engines, as well as the tools to fix them.
- Report submission related to conducted service
- Provide basic turn over training during machine delivery
- Communicate with customer
Key Requirements:
- At least 1 year of working experience as a Service Technician. With heavy equipment is an advantage.
- At least 1 year Vocational Course or Highschool Graduate
- Basic Microsoft Office knowledge.
- Can start as soon as possible

The Mechanical Maintenance Specialist is responsible for diagnosing complex mechanical issues to ensure that all the heavy equipment, trucking, forward trucking and other equipment in LBE operates smoothly and safely and ensures the equipment's availability. The incumbent adheres mechanical maintenance schedules, conducts advanced and complex electrical troubleshooting and repair programs, and collaborates with technicians in conducting these troubleshooting, repair and maintenance.
