*Responsible for the regular conduct of the food safely compliance inspection of assigned stores and distribution centers to validate compliance of establishment to food safety management and product handling standards

*Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Food Technology/Nutrition/Dietetics or its equivalent

*With at least 1 year work experience handling quality and regulatory related dunction from a food manufacturing or retail industry

*Experience in Food Safety Compliance Inspection, Quality Management Program Accreditation, and Health and Safety Compliance is an advantage

We are currently looking for an experienced QUALITY CONTROL SUPERVISOR.This position is manufacturing based and will require a lot of time on the production floor. Successful candidate will play a critical role not only in identifying but also in preventing defects in the manufacturing process. He/She will liaise with people in other departments on a daily basis to help ensure that optimal level of quality is achieved.

• Has at least 3 years of QUALITY CONTROL SUPERVISORY work experience in the TEXTILE, APPAREL, or DYEING industry
• Possesses very keen eye for details
• Analytical and skilled at identifying root cause and detecting patterns
• Can communicate well findings to people with diverse backgrounds
• Skilled at preparing reports and summarizing findings

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee the inspection and testing of materials, parts, and products to ensure adherence to established quality standards.
• Develop, implement, and manage quality control systems designed to ensure continuous production of high-quality products.
• Coordinate with production managers to identify and resolve quality issues in the manufacturing process.
• Review quality documentation necessary for regulatory submissions and inspections.

Qualifications:

• Must have solid communication skills, both in written and in oral.
• Basic knowledge and use of computer programs such as Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel required.
• Experience in the cosmetics or food industry as a Quality Control Officer/Supervisor is an advantage.

is responsible for ensuring that products meet established quality standards before they are released to customers. They inspect, test, and evaluate materials, components, or finished products to identify defects or deviations from specifications.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Ensures the Customer Product Standards and Specifications are strictly implemented in the operation.
• Accomplishes the Basic/ Further/ Blast and Warehouse Operation's Pre-Ops ,In-process and Post Operations Daily Monitoring Forms needed for Production and makes corrective action for any deviations identified such as but not limited to:
• Room Temperature (such as Lairage, Processing Rooms)
• Product Internal Temperature
• Chlorine concentration
• Foreign object
• Ensures that Good Manufacturing Practices, Sanitation Standard Operating Procedure and Quality and Food Safety System are implemented throughout the operation.
• Ensure orderliness, cleanliness and sanitation of Production facilities and its auxiliary facilities such Waste Water Treatment and Rendering Plants.
