1. Zero occurrence of customer complaints on a monthly basis
2. Able to accomplish urgent inspection requirement
3. Able to perform Line Clearance before the start of production and every start of changeover
4. Able to inspect production-related materials with tagging per pallet
5. Able to inspect finished goods on a timely and reliable manner
6. Supports IE, Production and PPIC on protocol of no signed mock-ups, no work instruction, no orientation, no run
7. Consistent monitoring of QA data in the KPI Monitoring
8. Able to report highlight-worthy material issues
9. Able to do enhancement projects and other tasks as assigned by immediate superior
10. Inspection of Semi-Finished Goods (SFG’s) and Packaging Materials
**Roles and Responsibilities**:
- Observes the quality of materials to be used for TMPO Production
- Reports to QA supervisor all the quality related incidences encountered online and offline
- Ensure that all the reports submitted to the QA Supervisor are carefully validated in terms of quantity and description
- To be able to communicate with the Line Leaders and custodians regarding the basic quality standard protocol to be observed
