Web Design & Development Quality Assurance
- Thoroughly review website designs and layouts for aesthetic consistency, Design QC guideline adherence, and user experience (UX) best practices.
- Test website functionality across various browsers and devices to ensure responsiveness and compatibility.
- Verify content accuracy, grammar (optional), spelling, and proper formatting on all web pages.
- Identify and report bugs and other technical issues.
- Ensure all website elements align with project requirements and specifications.
SEO Quality Assurance
- Audit website content and technical aspects for adherence to SEO QC and Copy QC guidelines.
- Review keyword usage and ensure proper optimization for target audiences.
- Verify the implementation of tracking codes and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console).
Customer-Facing Team Monitoring
- Monitor email customer interactions for quality, professionalism, and adherence to company policies and scripts, and customer follow-up guidelines.
- Provide objective and constructive feedback on monitored interactions to Quality Control, Senior.
Documentation & Reporting
- Accurately document all quality findings, including detailed descriptions of issues.
- Contribute to the creation and maintenance of quality control checklists, standards, and guidelines.
- Assist in compiling data for quality control reports and performance metrics.
Collaboration & Feedback
- Collaborate effectively with web designers, web developers, SEO specialists, copywriters, and customer service teams to communicate identified issues and facilitate resolution.
- Open to support new ProServ products, particularly in checking on quality, in the future.
- Participate in feedback sessions to help improve team performance and process efficiency.
Who You Are
- Must have at least 2 years of experience in WordPress Web Development.
- Must have a good understanding of web design and development, and Search Engine Optimization (SEO).
- Must have a strong knowledge of quality assurance methodologies and processes.
- Having at least 1 year of experience in Web Quality Assurance is a bonus.
