- Develops regulatory requirements and guidelines in food safety management and control, such as ISO standards and Hazards and Critical Control Points (HACCP) system.
- Knows in-house laboratory testing of pH, moisture content, viscosity, fineness, texture analysis, total solids & the likes.

This role is more than just QA/QC — it is designed as an all-in-one safeguard for the company's construction projects. The QA/QC Engineer will enforce strict compliance with client and industry standards, validate subcontractor progress and billings, coordinate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to prevent penalties and disputes, and act as a trusted representative of the company. This is a critical hybrid position blending technical rigor, analytical skill, and professional character.
Key Responsibilities
Quality Assurance & Control
- Inspect, review, and verify all materials, testing results, and certifications before acceptance.
- Ensure strict compliance with ISO, ASTM, ACI, DPWH, and client-specific standards.
- Conduct systematic site inspections and internal audits.
- Issue NCRs and track corrective/preventive actions until resolution.
- Serve as the first line of defense against client penalties.
Progress & Billing Oversight
- Validate subcontractor progress billings vs. actual site accomplishments.
- Cross-check accomplishments against approved drawings, BOQ, and contracts.
