Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Parañaque for a Quality Assurance Quality Control Analyst. The Analyst will be responsible for conducting manual testing, creating and executing test cases, ensuring quality assurance and control, and performing thorough analytical assessments. Day-to-day tasks include testing products, identifying defects, ensuring product compliance with standards, and maintaining detailed records of testing processes and results.

The Quality Assurance Analyst evaluates AI-handled healthcare calls for accuracy and compliance, validates information, and ensures proper routing to clinical teams and EMRs.

Responsibilities:

• Audit AI-handled calls for accuracy, clarity, and complete intake/booking
