- Administer the raising of all NCR's, ensuring they are completed in full and accurate

- Carry out analysis of NCR's through KPI's and report to the Line Manager on findings

- Liaise with department/personnel to gather shipping/transport costs for all NCR returns
- Liaise with department/personnel to ensure the "complete" cost to the business is entered on to the relevant NCR's
- Monitoring and analysing of the NCR locations and returns to the 3PL and liaising with the relevant department/personnel to ensure these are cleared and systems updated as required
- Ensuring that all returned stock levels match in both Synapse (BR Williams) and Business
Central - Work with other stakeholders in the business with Non-Conformance Reports (NCR's)
- Championing and developing the NCR process for improvement modifying processes where required
