Job Description

1. Understand customer drawing, specification, and Internal specific requirements.

Education

Experience

2. Knowledge Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T).
3. Knowledge in Measurement System Analysis (MSA).
4. Knowledge in equipment Calibration System.
5. Able to operate Co-ordinate Measuring Machine (CMM).
6. Experience on First Article (FA) inspection.

• Knowledge of various measurement equipment, contact and non-contact, functional tester, destructive tests, small tools such as micrometer and caliper.
• Knowledge on engineering drawing.
• Basic knowledge on 5 Why analysis, QC tools, FMEA, 8D and other problem-solving techniques.
• Performs verification and judgment of non-conforming parts.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• The Laboratory Technician is responsible for testing and inspection of road construction materials.

• Responsible in determining whether or not their characteristics, properties and quality meet or exceed the standards and specifications prescribed by the customers.
