POSITION SUMMARY
To maintain good quality of CBP production and other raw materials delivered at Plant
DESCRIPTION OF FUNCTIONS
· Perform work in accordance with standard procedure/methods and management system
· Prepare, review and sign test result/report for adequacy and completeness
· Assist in report preparation and maintenance of quality records
· Assist the QC engineer in handling customer complaints
· Conduct inspection, sampling, and testing od concrete materials delivered at plant
· Exercise quality control during concrete production, and/or concrete delivery at plant
· Help QC engineer in the execution of concrete research and development and trial mixes
· Witness tests in other laboratories as maybe directed by Engineer or Supervisor
· Comply with established management systems of laboratory and DPI
· Implement corrective/preventive actions with reference to audit findings, survey and/or complaints.
· Promote safety in the workplace
· Ensure proper use and maintenance of laboratory equipment and facilities
· Provide feedback to QC Engineer the defective equipment and facilities and problems encountered in laboratory or field testing.
· To perform other task assigned by Supervisor wherein he can assist various ECPD group when available.
COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS REQUIRED
· Can execute testing in accordance of ASTM Codes
· Can read, write, and interpret cylinder test results
· Can do multi-tasking in CBP Laboratory
· Can conduct sampling and testing
