Supervise QC inspection processes.
Conduct training for QC Technician / Inspectors.
Initiative & formulate corrective / preventive action with relevant departments and verify the effectiveness.
Evaluate and dispose in process reject products.
Implement Statistical Process Control (SPC) system, monitor and improve the process capability with production department.
Assist QA Engineer in the qualification of new products (e.g. mold testing) and new process.
Review customer drawings / specifications, manufacturing instruction, test result and other associated production / development planning for determining and establishing required quality requirements and measurement system capability.

Knowledge in Measurement System Analysis (MSA).
Knowledge in Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GDT).
Able to operate Co-ordinate Measuring Machine (CMM).
