Quality Assurance & Compliance

Documentation & Records

• Maintain and update SOPs, quality manuals, and batch production records.
• Prepare and manage COAs (Certificates of Analysis), deviation reports, and CAPAs (Corrective and Preventive Actions).
• Ensure accurate documentation of inspection and testing activities.

Internal Audits & Inspections

• Assist in preparing for and participating in internal, customer, and regulatory audits.
• Monitor and document non-conformances, conduct root cause analysis, and support corrective action plans.

Product Testing & Lab Support

• Coordinate with the Quality Control (QC) lab for sample testing of incoming raw materials and finished goods.
• Review test results for conformity to specifications.
• Conduct or support stability testing, microbiological testing, and compatibility studies, if applicable.

Continuous Improvement

• Identify areas for process improvement and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.
• Work with production, R&D, and supply chain teams to address quality-related concerns.

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Microbiology, or a related scientific discipline.
• 2–5 years of QA experience in personal care, cosmetics, or homecare manufacturing preferred.
• Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, ISO standards, and cosmetic regulatory compliance (FDA, EU, etc.).
• Familiarity with SOP writing, CAPA systems, and root cause analysis tools (e.g., 5 Whys, Fishbone).
