Job Description

Preparing quotes for hardware (ie. PC, Laptops, Accessories, Mouse etc).
- Use Zoho CRM tool to create the deal
- Create a quote in our quoting system called PandaDoc - they would need access to our providers portal to check stock availability of items (Dicker Data, Ingram etc).
- Sending quote off to internal staff for review and final approval
- Once approved by internal team, send quote off to customer (on behalf of Service Delivery Manager)
- Once quote approved by customer, ask accounts to send invoice to customer to pay
- Once paid place the order with providers
- Provide tracking number
- Trace item until delivered.
- Will do admin, hybrid orders, identifying incident links and solutions

**Requirements**:

- Must be a graduate of any Bachelor's Degree course
- Must have at least 2 years + Admin/Purchasing experience
- Must be a computer literate
- Highly trainable and a fast learner; can follow process quickly
- Organized and keen to details

-Support budget preparation through cost analysis of historical purchases and market trends
-Assist in the development, implementation, and enforcement of vendor accreditation standards
-Assist in background checks, due diligence, and capability assessments of new and existing suppliers
-Assist in creating an Approved Vendor List (AVL) and ensure vendor documentation is complete and updated
