About the Role
We are looking for a Proposal Manager to join our regional Clients & Markets team. **What You'll Do**
Working with our Sales Team, you'll lead the development of sales proposals and presentations used in pursuit of new business. You will be analyzing requests for proposals (RFXs); contributing to bid strategy and win themes; developing the proposal plan and outline; and completing proposals with special attention to thoroughness, accuracy, quality, and layout.
**During a Typical Day, You'll**
- Coordinate the work of an integrated pursuit team to meet all schedules and deadlines
- Assess the solicitation, resource requirements, and other proposal elements to determine proposal resource needs and schedules for the specific assigned opportunity
- Maintain close working relationships with Sales, SMEs, and other stakeholders to generate proposals and presentations, including document preparation, team coordination, writing, editing, proofreading, compliance, overall quality control and deadline adherence
- Help define win strategies, themes, discriminators, key messages, and other pertinent proposal content
- Manage and communicate the proposal development and production schedules, keeping the team and management informed of changes as they occur
- Lead all aspects of proposal phases which include, but are not limited to, Kickoff meetings, internal proposal team meetings and reviews
- Develop and follow procedures to ensure proposals conform to client requirements and TTEC's style guide in concert with the corporate marketing team
**What You Bring to the Role**
+ 3-5 years of experience leading the proposal response process, preferably in BPO
+ Experience collaborating with, coordinating and leading remote teams
+ Excellent verbal and written communication, research, and time management skills
+ Strong Industry knowledge - a deep understanding of the contact center world
+ Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
+ Experience with Responsive (bid management application) is a plus but not required
