Legal Counsel,
BGC, Hybrid (4x onsite a week)

Objective: To provide strategic advice on corporate governance, compliance, and business transactions.

Key responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and board documents
• Handle corporate secretarial duties and shareholder compliance
• Manage IP matters and support dispute resolution

Qualifications:

• JD/LLB, licensed and member of the IBP

About the Role:

• Prepare, review, negotiate, and draft legal documents, contracts, agreements, together with the supporting documents/
• Work with contracts, identifying risks/issues, contract compliance, contract advisory and interpretation.
