+ Partner with the Delivery Scheduling Team to deliver HSSE, service and cost standards, and act as a primary point of contact for haulers, terminals in (a) managing any amendments to the schedule during its execution and (b) managing scheduling inputs such as supply allocation, urgent orders, lorry turnout.
+ Act as the owners of the schedules during its execution; managing variations to plan as needed to have a good grasp of the overall schedule execution status.

+ Pro-actively communicates to Hauliers (dispatcher or Safety Officer) and Terminal Operations staff on changes to schedules, loading and delivery to customers.
+ Act as primary point of contact for Hauliers (as applicable) on changes to the schedules, issues resolution, managing lorry availability and turnout, including analysis and reporting of hauler performance and Delivery Schedule Adherence (DSA).
+ Act as primary point of contact for Supply Operations in managing supply allocations to ensure information is communicated to the Scheduling Team and any amendments to schedule being executed or planned is agreed and communicated to the drivers immediately.
+ Act as primary point of contact for Terminal Operations in managing terminal downtime to ensure information is communicated to the Scheduling Team and any amendments to schedule being executed or planned is agreed and communicated to the drivers immediately.
+ Interface with the Customer Operations (CO) to manage delivery inquiries, disputes, complaints, urgent orders, and other delivery-related-concerns from customers.
+ Be the customers primary point of contact for delivery-related concerns during CSC out-of-office hours.
+ Provide support during out of hours, when Scheduling is not on duty, e.g., run potential stock out and LOB reports based on updated stock data and adjust the schedule in case necessary during out of office hours (nights/weekends).
+ Own performance management monitoring, analysis and reporting for KPIs related to haulier, supply, terminal processes
+ Shift schedule (AM, Mid, Night) - ROTA changes every month
+ Willingness to work during PH Holidays

+ 5 years experience in cross-functional for project integration, sale and service support.
+ Strong project management skills are required.
+ Knowledge in construction field (civil, structural, architectural, electrical and HVAC) with local regulation and global standard codes is preferred.
+ Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple priorities to meet scheduled completion dates, execute multiple commitments within the constraints of environment and customer expectations.

Sr. Project Management Engineer
**JOB SUMMARY**
Take project engineer role for NPI projects against responsibilities definition in LeadPD procedure TEC-407-522-DND, work with PJM and Ops cross function team to setup project team and lead team to achieve project goals including tooling/process development timeline and control project capital and expenses spending within budget.
**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**
+ Planning and Budgeting
+ (i) Identify project goal and scope for manufacturing process development.
+ (ii) Workout project framework/timeline, use WBS to identify deliverables and tasks in projects.
+ (iii) Lead to work out project capital and expenses spending plan, capacity plan, cost model and project P&L.
+ (iv) Workout project tooling development timeline, including tooling development and qualification, sample making and delivery.
+ (v) Guide infrastructure, manpower and material resources plan to support all builds in the plant.
+ Project Execution
+ (i) Setup project team in Ops and balance the resources against project task requirements
+ (ii) Lead Ops functions to complete project tasks on time and within budget
+ (iii) Stay interlocked with the PJ M, review and monitor projects progress and drive for implementation. Ensure successful execution to overall project timeline
+ (iv) Project scope change management
+ (v) Drive to deliver samples on time, prepare material for sample making. Drive to complete tooling and production documents on schedule.
+ (vi) Lead to make safe launch and qualification plan and drive to complete safe launch on time.
+ Project tracking and presentation
+ Track project execution against plan, balance the priorities. Organize project team to improve bottleneck tasks. Present project progression to management team, highlight risk and support needed.
+ Project go to production
+ Hold ramp up meeting to transfer the project to mass production team.
**QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS REQUIRED**
+ Bachelor's degree with mechanical/electric related majors
+ 5 years Project Management experience in manufacture
+ Good command of English on both speaking and writing
+ Good coordination and communication skill, accountability, integrity, customer focus,Ddive for result

As PMO you will be part of our Project Delivery team that is dedicated to managing IT implementation projects for new and existing clients. Together with the existing PMO team you will provide a variety of internal services to support the projects team, especially in controlling and supplier management.

- Support of the project team in various organizational topics, such as budgeting and controlling processes (initial definition and tracking of program costs)
- Communication and coordination with legal, procurement and sub-contractors to support internal processes

- Experience in supporting complex program of work, ideally in a vendor / client relationship position
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to produce program executive communications
- Experience of supporting program reporting into C-suite stakeholders
- Strong business and financial acumen including deep experience in Excel
- Articulate and confident in delivering challenging content & material
- Team player who will proactively take early action to avoid issues arising
- Ability to mentor/guide less experienced staff in areas of specialist knowledge

+ Lead Healthcare Project Management (HPM) team in Singapore, Malaysia & Indirect Countries to deliver excellence in "wing to wing" project management services including design, construction, as needed and installation activities.

**Qualifications/Requirements**

+ Certified PMP with hands on experience with tools like MS-Project
+ Experienced in site planning role at both designing and execution
+ Must have the basic knowledge and understanding of project scheduling & execution
+ Candidate should have solution-oriented approach with customer focus
+ Commitment to quality and cost reduction in projects.
+ Technical background: knowledge in electricity, mechanics, physics, civil works, building trade, CAD.
+ Problem solving expertise.
+ Good communication and presentation skills
