What's the role?
The Delivery Fulfillment Analyst will be processing all bulk fuels truck deliveries (automatic and manual) in a timely, accurate and efficient manner until status is completed and ready for invoicing, including monitoring, analyzing, investigating and clearing any errors captured in the system or connected application (CAPS). In addition, the role also supports the Customer Disputes investigation and makes necessary adjustments if needed.

**ABOUT THE SAP ACADEMY FOR SERVICES & CONSULTING**
The Academy aligns with the SAP Customer Services & Delivery team supporting our customers in their digital transformation. We sustain the adoption of SAP software and ensure that our customers can successfully plan, implement, integrate, and operate their software, including continuous improvement, quality management, problem solving and knowledge transfer.
The SAP Academy for Services & Consulting is a 12-15mth graduate program to start your career. This program consists of classroom-based learning including rotation opportunities with a predefined focus role within the business.
Throughout the Program you will build the foundations needed for success in the Customer Services & Delivery business. Our rotations enable you to gain comprehensive experience and understanding within different lines of business relevant to your end role such as consulting, project management, technical and solution support.
**THE ROLE OF PROJECT MANAGER**
The Project Manager is responsible for supporting our customers' transformation strategy through the management of cloud, or hybrid implementation initiatives with SAP Activate methodology. The Project Manager has the qualifications and business acumen to manage large scale, high risk, strategic projects that span organizational boundaries including multiple business units and service partners/vendors.
The Project Manager will provide leadership to cross-functional teams responsible for delivering defined project outputs on time, on budget and with highest quality. Project Managers assist SAP Sales teams during the Bid Phase by providing input into the proposal especially regarding the solution delivery model, project structure, organization, scoping, estimation and risk assessment. Project Managers have ability to manage complex projects or programs that require coordination of work between various parties such as: third party sub-contractors, SAP Development, and Global Support organizations.
As a Project Manager Associate, you will support the project manager on large scale, high risk, strategic projects, and/or lead operational projects or small engagements.
**EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES**
+ Master's degree, or equivalent tertiary study
+ 0-3 years' work experience with customer facing roles
+ Team player with ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks
+ Good listener with excellent communication skills, empathetic, collaborative
+ Resourceful self-starters with strong interpersonal skills who are eager learners
+ Interested in technology, innovation, and how digital platforms can solve business challenges
+ Problem-solvers who are ambitious, passionate, resilient, proactive, open-minded, and able to manage pressure
**EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS**
We are looking for a team member who is able to demonstrate and/or is keen to learn the following:
During Academy:
+ Learn and understand the Customer Services & Delivery portfolio for the respective solution areas and delivers according to service specifications
+ Conduct job rotations relevant to the intended role with various teams within the business whilst meeting performance requirements
+ Case studies, classroom and self-paced learnings with a mix of technical and soft skill topics and on the job training
+ Work on relevant projects that demonstrate your communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong work ethic that delivers high quality outcomes
+ Demonstrate problem solving, time management, and communication skills through a range of activities during training and on the job rotations
+ Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
+ Adapt to knowledge on new technologies in a consistently dynamic and changing environment
As a Project Team Lead on a large strategic project
+ Conduct project planning activities and support execution of large scale, high risk, strategic projects according to the project plan
+ Assist project PMO as needed by SAP or Customer PM o Manage sub-project group to supervise/represent a team within large project program
+ Ensure project success (budgets, schedule, quality, business value)
+ Ensure proper use of methodology tools procedures
+ Coordinate project resource management with resource managers
As a Project Manager for a small strategic /operational project:
+ Responsible for managing project through life cycle- applying skills as project team lead and project coordinator
+ Responsible for defining, planning, tracking and managing the project, in accordance to methodology
+ Determine required resources for the project
+ Identify required resources, collaborate with sponsor to set direction required to meet project objectives
+ Participate in project initiation/planning activities. Mange execution of projects according to the plan
+ Manage internal/external communication to stakeholders, with input/guidance from Sponsor
+ Lead project team by communicating what need to happen, and holding team accountable for delivering on objectives
+ Support the identification of risks/issues and develop mitigation options for decision by the sponsor, in order to maintain project momentum
+ Communicate and/or escalate project issues early to account management and delivery management.
+ Balance the trade-off of the triple- constraint (time, cost and scope) to realize the expected business value.
+ Demonstrate proficiency in tools and procedures o Position SAP delivery methodology - Activate, Agile, Best Business Practices and Integrated Tool management correctly with the customer and project team 5
+ Work with partners, customers and internal SAP teams to enforce adoption of Rise with SAP methodology and associated tools like CALM, Signavio, LeanIX, BTP etc. to make the best usage of the investment of end customers
+ Be responsible for driving the clean core on BTP, innovation adoption and business transformation at scale for customer
+ Maintain internal project financial and non-financial system
+ Adhere to Procurement, HR policies and to commercial processes such as change requests and invoicing
+ Demonstrate proficiency in communication
+ Display effective communication skills to handle and explain customer situations (to both business end users and SAP technical/ functional consultants)
+ Create and communicate project processes to increase collaboration between internal and external project team members.
