Requirements

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in project management or delivery management, preferably in iGaming industry.
  • Experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Asana, Trello).
  • Experience in iGaming, sports betting, casino, or related industries

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing or SaaS projects.

  • Create and optimize an accurate, cost effective and timely delivery plan based on VMI data / customer orders to ensure that the right product and volume is delivered from the right source to the right destination at the right time by the right truck
  • Ensure scheduled deliveries are in line with HSSE and operational procedures and customers´ SLAs
  • Work with VMI analysts (where relevant) and other schedulers to balance order demand against truck supply
  • Ensure the truck diary is correctly set up in CROSS
  • Ensure Supply and product availability issues are reflected in CROSS' set-up
  • Allocate orders to trucks via CROSS Solution Run module
  • Manually fine tune the CROSS output before sending the solution to GSAP before the appropriate cut off time
  • Liaise with other teams that contribute to the Order to Delivery process, including credit checking staff, CSC and scheduling support teams
  • Contribute to the minimisation of stock-outs, Left on Boards and excessive multi-dropping.
  • Use related software such as VMI, GSAP as necessary
  • Develop competence to handle and work on several scheduling scopes to contribute to team's flexibility
  • Contribute and participate in embedding the CI/Lean ways of working in OtD

Key/Special Challenges:

  • Continuously improve scheduling effectiveness, minimising stock-outs and other rework costs, using benchmarks and KPI monitoring
  • Close teamwork within the scope and in particular with Scheduling Support
  • Balance stress, conflicting priorities and time pressures against the need to product an effective and viable schedule
  • 7 days per week scheduling. Therefore, shift rotation work. Shift rota on Mon-Fri is early and late shifts. While on Sat-Sun is early shift only.

  • Creates clear and concise plan in executing and monitoring projects, work items, and other initiatives assigned to the team by defining the scope, timeline, budget, milestones, deliverables, risks and mitigation plans, identification of stakeholders, resources, change management, and other activities related to the delivery of a project, or any initiative assigned to manage. This is required for all initiatives whether small/minor or extensive/major projects.
  • Schedules, runs, facilitates and drives needed meetings, workshops, collaborations, and follow ups as needed on the projects or initiatives to ensure alignment on deliverables, tasks, timeline and task owners, from project definition up to post go live support, and ensuring completion of project deliverables according to schedule. These project meetings may be online or onsite depending on the scope and needs of the projects. Meeting documentation detailing the discussion points, decisions made, action items etc. must be sent to project stakeholders accordingly within a reasonable time.
  • Provides internal and external stakeholders timely and regular updates on the project/initiatives' status through calls or emails, as needed on the scope of the project or initiatives; sends timely and proper escalation of risks, mitigation steps, resource issues, output quality issues, etc. that might impact the project scope, budget, and timeline. This includes proper kickoff and closure of projects/initiatives.
  • Monitors the utilization of team resources to ensure optimum output and identify available bandwidth to take on tasks and complete deliverables. Reporting of team performance based on tasks/projects delivery, highlighting any subpar performance as well as achievements.
  • Accurately, regularly and timely updates the project management artefacts which includes but not limited to team backlog, roadmap, sprint tasks, sprint reports, team utilization, project/initiative plan, timeline, and any other relevant documents used in managing projects/initiative, based on the team's way of working.

Qualifications:

  • Project Management Training; 5-10 year experience

Job Summary

The Delivery Manager is responsible for the technical delivery and dependency management through close collaboration with P11 stakeholders (i.e. Product Owner, Service Designer, Production Engineering, Shared Services) as well as other cross-functional units within the organization (i.e ITG, ISD etc.)

The delivery manager performs SCRUM Master duties and responsibilities to the SRUM team in addition to developing the project plan, scope, estimates, timelines and manage the implementation of technical projects using project management methodologies (waterfall or agile) to ensure on-time delivery while meeting business requirements and ensuring compliance to process and technical standards.

The Delivery Manager is responsible for ensuring that project milestones and deliverables are fulfilled as committed, that roadblocks, risks, and issues are managed in a timely manner, and that implementation is done in compliance to the IT Governance framework.

Specific Duties & Responsibilities

  • Facilitate effective project planning, execution, and delivery while ensuring adherence to SCRUM principles and practices as a SCRUM Master.
