Job Description

• Support Bid Strategy & Readiness: Assist with Go/No-Go decisions, readiness assessments, and maintain CRM (Salesforce) accuracy for regional pursuits.
• Proposal Development: Contribute to pre-RFP planning, proposal writing/editing (e.g., executive summaries, cover letters), and content planning with compliance and messaging guidance.
• Document & Compliance Management: Analyze tender documents, identify ambiguities, manage clarifications, facilitate review cycles, and ensure final proposal compliance.
• Cost Estimation & Technical Input: Calculate labor costs, assess technical requirements, and coordinate with subcontractors for data and guidance.
• Client & Industry Research: Conduct background research to inform proposals and support positioning for specific clients, portfolios, or sectors.
• Team & Relationship Building: Foster internal collaboration, support team formation for pursuits, and participate in pre-bid meetings to build external relationships.
• Process Improvement & Risk Mitigation: Collaborate with senior staff on complex pursuits, identify and manage risks, and lead process improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Candidate must be open to hybrid setup
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering is preferred but not required. Candidates must have an equivalent combination of experience and education
• 5+ years of proposal tendering process, experience, preferably within a professional services firm in a similar industry
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office tools such as Word and PowerPoint.
• Skills in graphic design or experience in using InDesign would be highly regarded

I. Job Summary

The Project Control Analyst performs review on project documents completeness and warrants that all related documents are in synched (e.g. Statement of Work, and Project Milestones in the contract). This will guarantee compliance in BSP Cir. 808 appendix 75c on Project documentation and avoid possible loss due to incomplete documentation.

• Collaborates with the Department Head for the process and template establishment and continuous improvement.

• Performs project review on the critical IT Projects quarterly or per project phase, whichever is earlier.

• Reports and escalates all critical or major findings to DSG Stakeholders for proper disposition and information.
• Coordinates all outstanding control findings for POD-Project Manager's immediate resolution or regularization and document exception closure.

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Control Engineer to support project monitoring, business development, and assist Quality Management Representative (QMR) functions. The ideal candidate is a Civil Engineering graduate with experience in project reporting, issue analysis, and construction documentation. Proficiency in technical software such as AutoCAD and project control tools is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor all ongoing projects and ensure timely submission and consolidation of site reports
• Analyze issues and concerns raised by project sites and recommend solutions
