Scope of Work/Responsibilities
- Develop a suitable agile implementation strategy for the ISMS program considering the nature of deliverables, available resources, dynamics of the cross-functional delivery team, and target timelines. He/She should be able to act as the project manager for the program assigned.
- Lead agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-up, sprint reviews, release planning, and retrospectives.
- Serve as the primary problem solver for the project. It implies that he/she gets accountable for managing any potential disruptions and ensure progress on sprint delivery including those issues that pertain to the platform e.g., resolving issues with Microsoft support.

- Manage overall quality of deliverables.

- Mobilize and ensure all technical and business documentations are always up to date to support knowledge management and transparency. This includes, but not limited to, the Architecture Blueprints (e.g., Solution Design Document and High-Level Solution Design), Testing Suite documentation (UAT test steps, Regression testing documentation, etc.), Security Implementation Documents to obtain Security License To Operate (SLTO), Disaster Recovery Plan, Training and Communication Plan, Solution Deployment Plan, Transition Support and Maintenance Plan. Data Dog Vaccination Clearance Documentation, and Software Engineering Standards.
- Lead end-to-end solutions design. He/She is expected to understand the essence of the business requirements, challenge it, and provide an innovative strategy to fulfill while considering standards.
- Mobilize and implement project governance frameworks including, but not limited to, coding standards, uniformity of UIUX designs, standardization of solution approach, and security standards to proactively manage vulnerabilities.
- Guide the development team in creating new solutions and improving existing ones. He/She is expected to provide technical directions on all implementations.
- Organize the use of DevOps and CICD frameworks to harmonize development lifecycle. He/She should take advantage of the stack of tools available to exercise continuous improvement and innovation.

Job Description
The Didipio mine is located on Luzon Island in the Philippines and is the Company's only asset that produces both gold and copper. Didipio was built by OceanaGold in 2013 and operates fully as underground mine, with over 800 employees that support the mine.
ceanaGold is seeking a suitably qualified, experienced, and reliable Engineer – Project Execution (Civil) (3-year fixed term),who will provide and coordinate with Engineering Services for Projects being undertaken by the Capital Projects Group, under the overall control of the Manager – Capital Projects. This individual will coordinate the input of engineering, design, project control, procurement, contracts, estimating and construction functions for the various Projects being undertaken. The role will report to the Superintendent – Project Execution.
Key tasks and responsibilities:
- Promote safety health & environmental awareness in order to prevent injuries and/or damage.
- Ensure all incidents are reported via line management and ensure open communication is maintained for all HS&E information
- Assist the Superintendent – Project Execution in identifying resource skills and opportunities within the Project Execution team to execute tasks and act as the liaison with these resources to initiate and manage the Capital works being undertaken.
- Prepare documentation for all phases of Capital Works including; Concept Studies, User Requirements Specifications (URS); Project Execution Plans (PEP); AFE's and Close out Reports
- Prepare (within discipline) and assist (across disciplines) in the preparation of documentation for Capital Works Contracts including; Scopes of Work (SOW); pricing schedules; Material Take Offs (MTO's), tender reviews, tender clarifications and tender recommendations
- Develop metrics for the measurement of Engineering and Construction Works in progress, collect data for tracking progress against plan and provide inputs for weekly and monthly reports.

- Compile QA/QC documentation into structured hand over packs during the course of the works, finalise QA/QC hand over packs at the end of each work package/project.
