Job Description
- Support Bid Strategy & Readiness: Assist with Go/No-Go decisions, readiness assessments, and maintain CRM (Salesforce) accuracy for regional pursuits.
- Proposal Development: Contribute to pre-RFP planning, proposal writing/editing (e.g., executive summaries, cover letters), and content planning with compliance and messaging guidance.
- Document & Compliance Management: Analyze tender documents, identify ambiguities, manage clarifications, facilitate review cycles, and ensure final proposal compliance.
- Cost Estimation & Technical Input: Calculate labor costs, assess technical requirements, and coordinate with subcontractors for data and guidance.
- Client & Industry Research: Conduct background research to inform proposals and support positioning for specific clients, portfolios, or sectors.

Qualifications

- 5+ years of proposal tendering process, experience, preferably within a professional services firm in a similar industry
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office tools such as Word and PowerPoint.
- Skills in graphic design or experience in using InDesign would be highly regarded
