Responsible for leading and overseeing all construction management operations of Woodfields Consultants, Inc. (WCI). This role ensures that projects are executed efficiently, safely, on time, and within budget while maintaining the highest quality standards. The Construction Management Head will manage teams, coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors, and ensure compliance with regulatory and contractual requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee the Construction Management Department, providing strategic direction and operational leadership.
- Develop, implement, and monitor construction management policies, systems, and procedures to ensure efficiency and compliance.
- Manage the planning, execution, and monitoring of construction projects from inception to completion.
- Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, quality standards, and safety protocols.

- Represent WCI in client presentations, negotiations, and industry events to strengthen business relationships and company reputation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field (Master's Degree in Construction Management, Project Management, or Business Administration is an advantage).
- Licensed Civil Engineer (mandatory).
- At least 12–15 years of progressive experience in construction management, project management, or related fields, with at least 5 years in a leadership or senior management role.
- Proven experience in handling large-scale infrastructure, water resources, transportation, or vertical construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction laws, codes, regulations, and industry best practices.
- Expertise in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera P6, AutoCAD).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities.
- Commitment to safety, quality, and sustainable engineering practices.
