We are looking for
Project Development
professionals who will be responsible for delivering Solar Utility-Scale Projects from Land Acquisition to Ready-to-Build phase. He / She is expected to work with all applicable line functions, such as, but not limited to, Land Acquisition, Regulatory and Compliance, Design and Engineering, and Finance divisions in order to complete the projects on schedule and on budget.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Will support the Company in determining the feasibility of all Land Development Projects being considered.
- Will develop and secure approval of the overall schedule, detailed plans and budget of each project.
- Will work with concerned parties in determining the various resources required in the execution of the project, and helping secure such resources on time.
- Will work with concerned parties in mapping the various processes involved in the project implementation in order to establish appropriate timelines and deliverables, and make changes as deemed necessary.
- Will manage the day-to-day development and progress of each project, initiating and/or helping in the quick and effective resolution of barriers and other difficulties encountered in the course of the project execution.
- Will establish and manage a system of properly and accurately documenting all the project development details, controlling project changes and having such documents organized for easy retrieval and review.
- Will establish a regular and standard review process with both the stakeholders and management.
- Will assume, if and when necessary and agreed to by management, the project management role on site, coordinating the various works involved in putting up the solar farm.
- Will work with Regulatory and Compliance Division in ensuring all government requirements are provided for in a timely, accurate and complete manner from project conception to post completion.
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Graduate of any Bachelor's degree,
preferably has PMP Certification - Preferably
with relevant years of experience in project management and/or business development
in the real estate or development industries - Must be resourceful, has initiative and sense of urgency.
- Must be
willing to travel
and be assigned temporarily to provincial areas.

The main purpose of the role is to manage the development of solar, solar + storage and energy storage projects through project management, contract negotiation, and transaction support across a pipeline of projects.
- Manage project development from Greenfield to Operation according to high, international standard.
- Initial focus on ongoing projects in the Philippines in collaboration with the Market Head & Regional Director.
- Manage budgets, milestones, schedules, and deliverables for assigned development projects.
