The Project Coordinator is responsible for delivering projects within budget and agreed timeline. He/She ensures customer satisfaction by finishing the project within standards, within budget, and on time. He/she handles all documentations necessary for proper and timely billing.
Duties also includes but not limited to:
- Manages the team assigned in the project
- Secures permits and documentations for mobilization and demobilization
- Ensures proper assignment of personnel for proper utilization
- Monitors on going project, personnel, quality, budget, and timing
- Reports project updates to the department head on a daily basis
- Responsible for getting resolutions for issues that may be encountered while implementing the project
- Leads the team in the installation of equipment
- Ensures complete documents and all items are properly accounted for and returned as needed prior to project turn over
- Conducts proper training to customers and ensures their understanding and satisfaction

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of Industrial Engineering course
- Related experience in CCTV and other security surveillance and alarm system products (structured cabling, door and biometrics access, turnstile, etc.) are advantage
- Strong leadership, project management, and technical skills
- Good communication skill both verbal and written English
- Proficient in MS Office application, use of email and Gantt Chart
- Willing to do field work (to monitor and validate project progress) as needed
