Job Description
The role of the Project Co-Ordinator is to co-ordinate the efficient delivery of our Assurance, Engineering and Consulting projects - ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget and with exceptional customer satisfaction. Working closely with the Chief Operating Officer and the respective Delivery team leads for Governance, Risk and Compliance Consulting (GRC), Assurance services and on occasion Engineering, through effective stakeholder engagement and management.
This role is responsible for the planning and scheduling of resources and tasks, arranging customer meetings, drafting and delivering internal and external communications surrounding each project, supporting the Delivery team through the implementation of their recommendations and collating and analysing data.
WHAT WILL BE YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Project Management Co-ordination
Working with the wider Assurance and Consulting teams, to ensure successful delivery of all consulting services, through effective engagement and customer management
Assist with workflows of the consulting teams under their direction, to ensure optimal resource utilization and project execution
Act as project implementation lead for Palo Alto/Arrow, Microsoft and other new technologies that we bring into the business
Act as the customer relationship lead for all delivery functions
Precursive project management for Assurance and Consulting divisions
Project management reporting for Consulting and Assurance division. Additionally, reporting on churn/ cancellation reconciliation figures, plus Sales and Delivery performance
Maintain excellent Salesforce and Precursive hygiene
Be the go-to person for all internal enquiries relating to the Delivery-centric projects
Build and maintain solid relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders
Assist with project planning and mapping for the business
Prepare documents, presentations, and spreadsheets, as required
Draft responses to internal and external stakeholders and service providers

A strong understanding of small business and its requirements
Previous people management experience
Experience in sorting and analysing data and preparing reports
Prior experience assisting with the scoping and delivery of technology services engagements, including project and engagement management
Ability to drive project-based work and to manage tasks, schedules, deliverables, budget and project risk
