Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced SAP Project Consultant to support our client's S/4 HANA implementation, focusing on FICO configuration, training, and data migration in collaboration with third-party vendors.

• Assist in the S/4HANA implementation process, specifically in FICO (Financial Accounting and Controlling) modules.
• Support data migration and initial data transfer tasks.
• Coordinate and collaborate with third-party vendors to ensure project goals are met.
• Provide training and knowledge transfer to key stakeholders and end-users.

• Bachelor's degree holder
• Over 5 years of hands-on experience in SAP, particularly in FICO configuration and data migration.
• Demonstrated experience in implementing S/4HANA projects.
• Preferably with experience in ABAP/Debugging and Initial Data Transfer for S/4HANA.
• Familiarity with handling local requirements for overseas operations using SAP standards is a plus.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Lead projects as the project manager for complex, single and or multi-program implementations. This includes the creation, management, and oversight of project plans to achieve high quality, on-time projects that result in a satisfied, referenceable client as well as meet established KPI Metrics
• Provide expertise in areas including project scope definition, risk identification, project methodology, resource allocation, facilitation and other areas based on established project management techniques
• Develop project artifacts, following documented business processes. These will be developed in partnership with project leadership and stakeholders
• Manage project schedules and work with teams to identify and achieve delivery dates, including developing detailed project plans, dependencies, predecessors, milestones
• Proactively identify risks and issues using metrics and stakeholder feedback to avoid urgent escalations
• Assign individual responsibilities within the project team and track delivery against assigned tasks
• Drive delivery process to ensure various methodologies come together and team meets agreed-upon scope within committed timeframes
• Preparing detailed and accurate status reports on a weekly basis, mitigating delays to the implementation, and escalating issues to the leadership team when appropriate

Required Qualifications:

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent Project Management experience
• 5+ years of project management experience, Healthcare preferred
• Experience in AI/ML for Project Management
• Experience working with IT Infrastructure, networking, servers and storage
• Experience with managing security vulnerabilities
• Experience owning technical client relationships, including recurring relationships, issue resolution, and escalation management
• Proficient in MS Office Suite and working knowledge of project management software
• Demonstrated communication and presentation skills
• Demonstrated ability to anticipate and manage conflict and risks, while leading the implementation through tenuous situations

The role will be focused in supporting our customers with delivery of large-scale software implementations for the Maritime Crewing industry, providing guidance and training on our software and systems.
