We are looking for an exceptional Project Management professional for one or accounts, Uber. is responsible for developing, managing, and optimizing customer relationship management (CRM) strategies and loyalty programs. This role plays a key part in driving customer engagement, retention, and overall satisfaction through data-driven initiatives and personalized experiences.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or any related field.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in CRM, loyalty program management, or related field.
  • Proven experience in CRM, loyalty program management, or a similar role.
  • Familiarity with CRM and loyalty program tools.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding experiences.
