• Check the material batch tag and material condition before feeding it to the hopper.
• Trim, rim or de-flash and inspect molded products (bottles, caps, plugs) properly following standards.
• Ensure product traceability by stamping the production date and shift at the bottom flaps of each shipper.
• Ensure proper turnover of activities to the product tender of the incoming shift.
• Report any quality defects observed to immediate superior for possible and immediate corrections.
• Ensure proper packing of products based on packing instructions.
• Ensure proper disposal of the rejected molded products at all times which also includes recycling scraps.
• Maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and safety in the area of responsibility.
