- Conducts periodical evaluation, formulation, validation and recommendation for approval and implementation of appropriate plans and strategies to ensure the proper maintenance of smooth operations of all Commissary products and materials in terms of efficiently managing the four major M's namely; Manpower, Machine, Materials, and Methods in relation to Production Operation.
- Conducts regular monitoring and recommends any upgrade in equipment/tools (e.g new equipment tools & utensils; improvement of specification; improvement of packaging.) of the department for growth and increased productivity.

Quality Assurance

Conducts regular monitoring on preparation of materials, cooking, packaging storage and issuance of products to ensure that personnel under his/her supervision are vigilant in ensuring that products that do not conform to quality standards are not released to customers.
Conducts periodic audits on product handling procedures from actual receiving, preparation, cooking packaging and storage to prevent unnecessary rejection / wastage.
Conducts periodic audit and analyzes compliance to timely issuance of finish products to customers and analyze feedback problems identified for immediate corrective action.
Recommends to the Managing Director/CC Coach for NoBia available trainings for personnel to increase performance efficiency.
- Implements fair and objective evaluation of personnel performance based on measurable parameters.
- Ensures implementation of Code of Ethics including effective handling of labor cases and any deviations in the Code of Conduct requiring disciplinary actions in accordance with the prescribed provision.
- For any changes in processes (for new and updates in procedures), approved updating of all process manuals.
- Ensures all personnel under his supervision to maintain an orderly and systematic records keeping procedures, ensuring confidentiality of all standards and company records.
Qualifications:
Education:
- A degree holder preferably in Engineering, Food Technology, Nutrition, Hotel and Restaurant Management or any Business related course.
- Master's Degree or graduate units in related field is required
Experience:
- At least five (5) years work experience preferably in a Food Manufacturing Operation with at least 5 years as a Manager of a Food Manufacturing company.
- Extensive experience in handling multiple brands.
Training/License/Certification: With relevant training in Current Good Manufacturing Practices, Supply Chain Management, HACCP, HALAL, Research and Development Management, Total Quality Management and other relevant trainings.
Technical Skills or Competencies:
- Knowledge in all aspect of, material and inventory management, planning and control, warehousing and distribution and technical knowledge on food science and technology principles; production and supply chain operation management systems.
- Knowledge of manufacturing operations; physic - chemical and microbiological analysis.
